Description
*Leading on TUPE processes (both in and out)
*Reviewing and updating policies in line with evolving employment legislation
*Staying ahead of upcoming changes, including the Employment Rights Bill
*Providing expert advice on zero-hour contracts and complex ER matters
Profile
*Strong HR/ER knowledge and confidence to work independently
*A proactive, resilient self-starter who thrives on variety and responsibility
*Someone who enjoys collaborating across teams and influencing positive change
Job Offer
*Competitive salary of £40,000-£42,000 (DOE)
*Flexible working - 3 days in office across our Aston & Digbeth sites.
*Wednesday is a required office day
