We are looking to recruit a Residential Conveyancing Executive to join the Residential Conveyancing team within a leading regional law firm.
What we need from you*Previous experience experience in residential conveyancing work.
*Numerate, with strong verbal reasoning and excellent attention to detail.
*An astute problem solver.
*Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing.
*Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
*Strong collaboration skills with clients, external consultants and colleagues.
What you’ll be doing*Managing a caseload of high net worth clients.
*Handling all aspects of residential conveyancing.
*Managing complex or non-standard residential property transactions.
*Working closely with the private client team to service residential property requirements of existing clients.
*Providing a bespoke, personal service to clients.
