About the RoleWe have an exciting opportunity for a Housing Solutions Officer. This role is pivotal in helping homeless households move into private rented sector properties. You will:
*Facilitate property viewings, sign-ups, and tenancy visits (including lone working in the community).
*Work directly with private landlords and households who are, or have been, homeless.
*Support tenancy sustainment and mediate between landlords and tenants while maintaining professional boundaries.
What We’re Looking ForThe successful candidate will have:
*Confidence and skills to mediate between landlords and tenants.
*Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes.
*Excellent communication and organisational skills.
*Ability to work independently and manage a fast-paced caseload.
*Commitment to safeguarding and equality.
Training and support will be provided to help you succeed in this role.
Working Pattern*2 days per week at the site
*Remaining days working from home and out in the community.
