*Leading and inspiring a small Finance team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement

*Reviewing SPV investor reports and balance sheet reconciliations
*Ensuring robust financial controls, systems access, and process integrity
*Supporting ad hoc projects and contributing to wider Finance leadership succession planning
Profile
*ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified accountant with broad financial experience
*Strong leadership and mentoring skills
*Excellent planning, communication, and stakeholder management abilities
*High attention to detail and a proactive, resilient mindset
*Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems (e.g., SUN, SQL, Jedox)
Job Offer
Competitive salary of up to £75,000 or day rate of up to £400 per day (inside IR35) dependent on experience
Hybrid working - 3 days from the office in West Kent and 2 days from home
