Employee Relations Manager - UK & Ireland
Salary Guide £70,000 - £72,000 plus £7k car
Location: Central London
Hybrid working - Typical 3 days in the office 2 days from home
We’re looking for an experienced Employee Relations Manager who’s confident handling the full spectrum of complex ER issues right through to tribunal. Reporting directly into the HR Director this is a stand-alone role, so you’ll be the go-to person for anything complex ER-related, but you won’t be on an island; you’ll have solid support from the Business Partnering team.

*Leading on complex ER casework, including capability, conduct, grievances, and dismissals
