Key Responsibilities
*Teach Business Studies across KS4 and KS5 (GCSE and A-Level).
*Plan and deliver dynamic lessons that meet curriculum standards.
*Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback.
*Contribute to departmental development and whole-school initiatives.
*Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
Requirements
*Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
*Degree in Business or a related subject.
*Strong subject knowledge and ability to inspire students.
*Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
Desirable
*Experience teaching A-Level Business or vocational qualifications.
*Familiarity with Ofsted requirements and outstanding teaching practices.
