Job Description:
Are you an experienced SEND Teacher looking for a new rewarding role? We are seeking a passionate and skilled educator to work in an SEN school in Sheffield, supporting pupils with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and complex learning needs.
About the Role:
This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified teacher with a background in special education, SEND, or inclusive teaching. You will deliver tailored lessons, implement EHCP’s, and create a positive learning environment where every child can succeed.
Key Responsibilities:
*Plan and deliver differentiated lessons for pupils with ASD, communication difficulties, and complex needs.
*Support pupils’ academic, social, and emotional development.
*Collaborate with teaching assistants, therapists, and families.
*Maintain accurate records and contribute to EHCP reviews.
Requirements:
*Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
*Proven experience in SEN teaching, particularly with ASD and complex needs.
*Strong knowledge of SEND strategies, behaviour management, and inclusive education.
*Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
