Job Description:
We are seeking a Residential Property Paralegal to join our dynamic team.
minimum 1 year experience
Salary c£35k dependent on experience.
About the Role:
They will support our busy conveyancing department, handling a varied caseload of residential property matters. This is an excellent opportunity to develop their skills in a supportive and professional environment.
Key Responsibilities:
*Assisting with all aspects of residential conveyancing transactions
*Preparing and reviewing legal documents
*Liaising with clients, solicitors, and third parties
*Managing files from instruction to post-completion
Requirements:
*Minimum 1 year of experience in residential property/conveyancing
*Good understanding of the sale and purchase process
*Experience in completion and submission of required protocol forms
*Good understanding of AML requirement
*Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
*Ability to work independently and as part of a team
*Excellent communication skills
*Exposure to acting for companies would be an advantage
