Overview
We’re recruiting on behalf of a highly regarded commercial dispute resolution team, seeking an experienced solicitor to join its growing practice. This opportunity offers exposure to a broad range of high-value and complex disputes, both domestic and cross-border, across multiple sectors.
Experience
*Minimum of 4 years’ PQE in commercial litigation or dispute resolution
*Track record in handling matters in the Court of Session, Sheriff Courts and tribunals
*Involvement in varied disputes such as contract, professional negligence, shareholder issues, property, construction and financial services
Skills
*Excellent written and verbal communication
*Ability to manage client relationships, deadlines and competing priorities
*Detail-focused and confident working within a fast-paced team environment
