Nursery Manager – Kingston

Hours: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM, 4 days per week (one day off)
About the Role:

Reed Education is working with a well-established nursery in Kingston that is seeking a passionate and experienced Nursery Manager to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified professional to lead a dedicated team and ensure the highest standards of care and education for children.
Key Responsibilities:
*Oversee the day-to-day running of the nursery.
*Ensure compliance with Ofsted and EYFS standards.
*Manage and support staff, fostering a positive and professional environment.
*Build strong relationships with parents and the local community.
*Drive continuous improvement and maintain outstanding quality of care.
Requirements:
*Level 3 or above childcare qualification (essential).
*Previous experience in a managerial or deputy managerial role within a nursery setting.
*Strong leadership and communication skills.
*Knowledge of safeguarding and health & safety regulations.
