Reporting directly to the UK Managing Director, you’ll be a key player in steering financial performance and supporting operational excellence. This is a hands-on role with real impact, offering the chance to modernize processes, partner with senior stakeholders, and contribute to exciting transformation projects.
Description
*Lead and develop the finance team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
*Deliver accurate monthly management accounts, budgets, and forecasts, with insightful analysis for decision-making.
*Oversee cashflow, cost control, and performance reviews, providing commercial insight to drive profitability.
*Manage statutory accounts, tax compliance, and liaise with auditors.
*Drive process improvements and implement robust internal controls.
*Act as a trusted business partner across departments and a key member of the Senior Management Team.
Profile
*Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or QBE
*Strong SME or manufacturing experience.
*Proven ability to lead a finance function and deliver both operational and strategic support.
*Commercially astute, proactive, and confident in influencing senior stakeholders.
*Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and develop a team.
