Job Description:
Package: £28K-30K Basic Salary + Uncapped Commission (£40K earnings year 1)
This is an opportunity to join a market-leading engineering recruitment firm that specialise in automotive, aerospace, defence, life sciences, nuclear and the space sector.
Alongside their award-winning 8-week training and development programme, they offer individuals the opportunity to earn big on their market leading commission structure that goes up to 40%! Due to the lucrative nature of the market, Consultants with 3+ years experience are taking home 6 figures.

The Responsibilities:
*Conducting market research to identify potential clients and candidates
*Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates
*Managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
*Working closely with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and provide suitable candidate recommendations
*Managing multiple recruitment projects simultaneously and ensuring a smooth and efficient process for all parties involved
*Staying up to date with industry trends, market changes, and regulations related to finance and recruitment
