Job Description:
Hourly Rate: £16.21 PAYE per hour
Location: Doxford Park
Working Hours: 36 hpw with flexible working (Monday to Thursday 8am – 4pm, Friday 8am – 2pm)
Job Type: Temporary (Up to 12 weeks with possible extension)

Day-to-day of the role:
*Act as the primary point of contact for customers and contractors to agree appointments on assets and schedule visits.
*Support Contract Managers with key administrative activities for contractor delivery, focusing on specialist M&E works.
*Raise and close work orders within Housing Management systems.
*Ensure accurate updating of systems and databases with servicing and supporting information.
*Create and update reports and works schedules to enable Contract Managers to monitor programme delivery.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Highly developed administration skills with proficiency in all Microsoft packages and in-house systems.
*Customer-focused approach with experience handling customers and contractors.
*Background in a Social Housing environment.
*Experience using Housing Management Systems (ideally MRI Housing and Asset).
*Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
*Problem-solving abilities in sourcing external services and material solutions.
*Awareness and risk assessment of queries and escalation.
*Knowledge of procurement of goods and services and supplier chain protocols.
