Job Description:
Change Recruitment are delighted to be recruiting for a successful and award winning company based in Highbridge, Somerset. They require a Payroll Officer to join their expanding organisation to look after a monthly payroll for circa 700 employee’s.
Working in a small team you will be responsible for supporting the processing of monthly staff payrolls. As such you will ideally have experience working with a large payroll, ideally using iTrent, and have good MS Excel experience.
Duties to include;
*Maintaining all salaried employees payroll records
*Processing monthly payrolls and uploading salary information onto the system for circa 700 staff
*Prepare, reconcile and upload monthly pension files and making payments
*Administer employee benefits scheme
*Adding all new starters ensuring that all information is correct, working closely with central recruitment
*Processing leavers and producing P45’s
*Making online submissions as per the RTI legislation from HMRC
*Providing national statistics, salaries and wages information (KPI’s)
*Covering payroll queries
In return this role offers a competitive salary up to £36k, 33 days holiday (inclusive of bank holidays, pension, healthcare plan, life cover, cycle to work, parking, annual bonus, staff discounts and more)
