About the Role
You’ll act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, aligning people strategies with operational goals. From designing recruitment campaigns to coaching managers and enhancing candidate experience, you’ll lead initiatives that attract and retain exceptional talent.
Key Responsibilities:
*Partner with leadership teams to identify talent needs and deliver effective hiring strategies.
*Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, selection, and onboarding.
*Champion employer branding and candidate experience improvements.
*Use data insights to inform workforce planning and recruitment KPIs.
*Coach and develop junior team members.
About You
*CIPD Membership (Level 5 desirable).
*3–5 years’ experience in full-cycle recruitment (in-house, RPO, or agency).
*Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
*Expertise in direct sourcing and competency-based interviewing.
*Excellent organisational and communication skills.
*Proactive, adaptable, and passionate about continuous improvement.
