Key Responsibilities:
*Invoice Management: Accurately process purchase and sales invoices, reconcile supplier statements, and prepare payment runs.
*Procurement Support: Work closely with the procurement team to ensure purchase orders are managed efficiently for smooth operations.
*Expense Handling: Review and process employee expense claims, ensuring timely payments.
*Credit Card Reconciliation: Maintain and reconcile company credit card statements.
*Rental Billing Accuracy: Collaborate with operations and sales teams to keep rental logs up to date and ensure correct billing for equipment on hire.
*Banking & Journals: Prepare banking receipts and payment journal entries; assist with month-end bank reconciliations.
*Financial Reporting: Support monthly Balance Sheet reconciliations and assist with Year-End audit schedules.
*Payroll Assistance: Provide support with payroll preparation when required.
*System Improvements: Contribute to system upgrades and process enhancements.
*Compliance & Process Improvement: Ensure adherence to company policies and identify opportunities for efficiency improvements.
*Ad-hoc Support: Carry out additional tasks as directed by the Accounts and Administration Manager.
What We’re Looking For:
*Previous experience in a finance or accounting support role.
*Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
*Excellent organizational and time management skills.
*Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with accounting systems.
*Ability to work collaboratively across departments.
