Commercial Property Associate – Manchester
A leading Manchester-based law firm is seeking a talented Commercial Property Senior Associate (3-5 years PQE+) to join its well-established and highly regarded Real Estate team.
This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Lawyer looking to take the next step in their career within a progressive and supportive firm known for its approachable culture, quality of work and long-standing client relationships.
The role:
You’ll manage a broad and varied caseload covering all aspects of commercial property, including:
*Acquisitions and disposals of freehold and leasehold property
*Landlord and tenant work
*Development projects
*Property finance and investment transactions
*Corporate support on real estate aspects of business sales and purchases
You’ll be part of a close-knit and collaborative team, working with a diverse client base that includes regional and national businesses, investors, developers and occupiers across multiple sectors.
About You:
*3-5 years’ post-qualification experience in commercial property
*Strong technical skills with experience across a varied real estate mix
*Excellent communication skills and a proactive, client-focused approach
*A team player who thrives in a friendly and collaborative environment
