Part 2 Architectural Assistant
Location: Birmingham
Salary: £27-31,000
This is an excellent opportunity to join one of the West Midlands’ most well-established RIBA Chartered architectural practices, known for providing high-quality design services across the commercial, education, and healthcare sectors. They are currently seeking a talented Part 2 Architectural Assistant to become part of their team in Birmingham.

Duties for the role of Part 2 Architectural Assistant:
*Contribute to the delivery of a variety of significant projects from initial concept through to completion
*Prepare and develop designs from planning stages to detailed construction drawings
*Produce technical specifications, tender documentation, and working drawing packages
*Ensure the consistent delivery of high-quality design and technical outputs
Skills and experience required for the role of Part 2 Architectural Assistant:
*Completion of RIBA Part 1 and Part 2 qualifications
*Relevant post-Part 1 experience within a UK-based practice
*Strong proficiency in Revit
*Experience working on projects across a range of sectors
*Excellent design, drafting, and visualisation skills
*Keen attention to detail
*Strong communication and organisational abilities
*Living within a commutable distance of Birmingham
