Main Responsibilities
*Conduct expert on-site surveys to ensure precise measurements for design
*Record all data electronically in compliance with GDPR
*Deliver an exceptional customer journey through clear communication and top-quality service
*Support showroom teams by improving planning accuracy and reducing errors
*Audit plans prior to order/delivery and provide feedback to enhance design quality
*Adhere to Health & Safety policies and IMS responsibilities
About You
Essential Skills & Knowledge:
*Full UK manual driving licence
*Exceptional attention to detail and error-checking ability
*Highly organised with strong time management skills
*Excellent written and verbal communication
*Process-driven, analytical, and efficient
*Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly
*Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset
Desired Skills & Knowledge:
*Previous experience conducting home surveys
*Familiarity with CAD or planning software
*Knowledge of home installation services and related legislation
*Experience in plan checking or error reduction
*Background in the home interiors/design industry
