This role will be working on rota’s basis and will include weekends! So, flexibility will be required from any successful candidates.
What you’ll do
*Review detailed kitchen plans and spot potential installation or product issues before they happen.
*Verify measurements and arrange follow-up appointments where needed.
*Provide constructive feedback to designers to improve accuracy and quality.
*Audit compliance documentation to ensure showroom standards are met.
*Coach and support design teams by reviewing orders and highlighting improvements.
*Conduct home surveys to identify access or installation challenges.
*Monitor weekly reports to reduce errors and prevent future issues.
*Maintain company-provided van and surveying equipment to the required standard.
*Work flexibly across evenings and weekends (5 days out of 7).
What we’re looking for
*Knowledge of creating installation measurements within a similar industry, such as Kitchen’s, Bedroom, Windows etc. but full training will be provided!
*Strong organisational and time management skills.
*Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
*A keen eye for detail and accuracy.
