Interim Management Accountant
*Location: Bedford
*Job Type: Contract (3-4 months, potential to extend)
*Day Rate: £150–£190 PAYE
*Start Date: ASAP / Very short notice
We are seeking an experienced Interim Management Accountant who can hit the ground running and provide immediate support to our finance team. This is a full-time, office-based role requiring someone with strong technical skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Day-to-day of the role:
*Prepare and review management accounts, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
*Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
*Support month-end and year-end processes.
*Provide financial insights to aid decision-making.
*Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth financial operations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) or QBE with proven experience.
*Strong knowledge of management accounting principles.
*Ability to start immediately or at very short notice.
*Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
*Comfortable working in a dynamic environment and delivering results quickly.
