Kitchen Design Surveyor
*Annual Salary: £28,250 plus up to £8,000 in annual bonus
*Location: Field Based around Basingstoke

This role involves ensuring the highest standards in kitchen design and installation, enhancing customer experience through meticulous planning and auditing.
Day-to-day of the role:
*Complete detailed plan checks for orders to identify potential installation or product issues that could impact the installation process and customer experience.
*Review all orders prior to checking to ensure measurements are accurately documented; arrange appointments for measurements if discrepancies are found.
*Provide constructive feedback to designers following a plan check, addressing any errors identified.
*Audit compliance documentation uploaded from the showroom to ensure standards are being met.
*Coach and develop the design team by reviewing orders with them to highlight areas for improvement.
*Visit customers’ properties to complete home surveys and highlight any potential installation or access issues.
*Support error reduction by managing weekly reports highlighting potential future issues.
*Maintain company-provided van and surveying equipment to the required standard.
*Note: The role includes evening and weekend work, working 5 days out of 7.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Exceptional knowledge of kitchen design and installation techniques.
*Exceptional organisational, time management, and communication skills.
*Excellent attention to detail.
*Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
