Senior Branch Manager
*Annual Salary: £30,000 - £32,500 Basic, £60,000 OTE
*Location: Colchester
*Job Type: Full-time

Day-to-day of the role:
*Drive growth and increase market share consistently.
*Deliver exceptional service that turns clients into ’Raving Fans’.
*Oversee and participate in all aspects of the sales process.
*Promote the office within the local community and maximize referrals across businesses.
*Measure results, report on KPIs and budget performance to drive sales and maximise market share.
*Build, manage, and lead an effective branch team.
*Influence results through effective team management, action planning, and delivery of the plan.
*Analyse and solve issues with the team and senior managers to drive deal value and results.
*Create a positive and proactive working environment within the branch.
*Represent and promote the company’s core values with integrity.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Full UK Driving Licence for a manual vehicle.
*Minimum of 2 years’ experience within Estate Agency at a Senior Negotiator, Property Valuer position, or higher.
*Excellent team building and communication skills.
*Ability to create and action business plans relevant to your branch.
*Strong understanding of current legislation related to Estate Agency.
*Ability to manage time-sensitive and high-volume workloads.
*Renowned for delivering outstanding customer service.
*Ability to work independently.
*Proficient in basic Microsoft Packages with strong IT skills.
*Attention to detail and a good telephone manner.
