Contract: 12-month temporary assignment
Pay: £14.21 per hour

Reed Talent Solutions is proud to partner with United Utilities, the North West’s leading water company, to recruit 15 Customer Service Advisors for their growing Network Enquiries team.
As a Customer Service Advisor, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers with water and wastewater queries. You’ll provide friendly, knowledgeable support and help resolve issues efficiently and professionally.

Working Hours
*Training: Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm (first 5 weeks)
*Shifts: Your shifts will be scheduled between 7am and 10pm Monday - Sunday (8-hour shifts across 5 days- 37 hours per week in total).
You will work a shift at the weekend (either Saturday or Sunday) every other week (2 weekends in 4).
*Shift patterns provided 6 weeks in advance
*No holidays permitted during the first 12 weeks
