Charity Finance Manager – Multi Academy Trust
Location: Camberley
Salary: to £57200 for term time plus 5 weeks (58950 equiv)

Are you an experienced finance professional looking to make a real impact in education? We are seeking a Trust Finance Manager to join and excellent Multi Academy Trust, supporting 8 primary schools and working closely with the Chief Finance & Operations Officer , CEO, Trustees, and Headteachers.
Key Responsibilities:
*Lead on Trust-wide financial management, compliance, and reporting.
*Prepare annual budgets and consolidated management accounts.
*Ensure adherence to DfE requirements, UK SORP, and the Academies Trust Handbook.
*Oversee audit processes and statutory returns.
*Drive continuous improvement in financial systems and processes.
*Provide financial due diligence for schools joining the Trust.
What We’re Looking For:
*CIPFA certificate in financial reporting, CCAB qualification or equivalent, ideally.
*Experience working in a similar school or Academy financial management role.
*Or experience in financial management working in a charity / fair trade org.
*Strong knowledge of financial regulations and charity/company legislation.
*Experience in budgeting, cash flow management, and audit coordination.
*Ability to influence and support finance teams across multiple schools.
*Excellent communication and analytical skills.
