Adaptable Recruitment are delighted to be working with a well-established and growing organisation based in Liverpool City Centre, who are looking to recruit a Graduate Finance Administrator to join their friendly and supportive finance team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to take their first step into a finance career. The role would suit a finance-related graduate or an AAT studier who already has some office or placement experience and is now keen to build hands-on skills within a busy finance function.

What you’ll be doing:
*Processing and allocating incoming payments accurately
*Reconciling bank and client accounts to ensure financial records are up to date
*Contacting customers regarding outstanding balances and assisting with payment queries
*Supporting month-end processes through data preparation and reporting
*Maintaining accurate financial records within the accounting system
*Responding to finance and administrative queries via email and phone
*Providing general administrative support to the wider finance team


What we’re looking for:
*A degree in finance, business, or a related field, or currently studying AAT
*Previous office or placement experience is essential
*Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
*Confident user of Microsoft Excel and Office applications
*Great communication skills and a proactive, team-focused approach
*Enthusiastic about developing a career within finance
