*Acting as a finance business partner to the Plant Manager and operational leads
*Analysing performance, variances and trends and then driving the fixes
*Leading budgeting and forecasting cycles aligned with strategic goals
*Overseeing cost accounting, inventory control and accurate financial reporting
*Ensuring compliance with group reporting through SAP
*Managing capital expenditure, fixed assets and month-end close
*Supporting cross-functional projects across finance, supply chain and operations

*Is CIMA, ACCA or equivalent qualified (or nearly there)
*Has solid experience in a manufacturing finance or cost accounting role
*Understands product costing, variance analysis and inventory management
*Can confidently use ERP systems (SAP ideal) and advanced Excel
*Has the curiosity and confidence to challenge the status quo and influence outcomes
