Day-to-day Responsibilities:
*Distribute and manage invoices to ensure timely payment.
*Adjust and reconcile invoices as necessary.
*Implement credit control procedures to ensure effective debt recovery.
*Prepare financial reports for management review.
*Handle customer and staff queries promptly and professionally.
*Manage payment setups and collections.
*Ensure secure handling and banking of cash receipts.
*Continuously seek to improve financial processes.
