Role: Finance Assistant
Sector: Creative Agency
Salary: £28,000 per annum
Permanent: Full time - Hybrid 3 days in the office
Location: Central London

VisionFR is delighted to be assisting a vibrant creative agency in their search for a Finance Assistant.
You will cover Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable duties in this role
Finance Assistant Key Responsibilities:
*Processing and payment of supplier purchase invoices
*Attention to detail when processing invoices against departments and nominals
*Respond to queries regarding purchases and outward payments in a timely manner
*Build good supplier relationships.
*Set up of new suppliers
*Maintain and reconcile supplier ledgers against supplier statements
*Company credit card & expenses processing
*Raising client invoices
*Credit control and Debtor Reporting
*Reconcile Jobs
*Monthly Reconciliations – Bank, Intercompany, Petty Cash
*Process timesheets, ensuring accuracy and chasing any missing entries
*Reporting debtors and creditors
Qualifications and Skills Required:
*Experience working in a similar role through an internship / a year in industry through degree is advantageous
*A degree in Maths, Finance, Accounting or Economics
*Currently studying towards ACCA or CIMA
*Intermediate Excel skills
*Self-motivated
*Strong communications skills
*Strong attention to detail
*Good time management
