Customer Service Specialist
Location: SN4
Hours: 8.30am – 17.00pm Monday to Thursday and 8.30am – 15.00pm on Fridays.
Salary: £25,000 - £27,000 per annum, depending on experience
Contract Type: Permanent / Full-Time
We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring every interaction is positive and professional. You’ll handle inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional support that reflects our commitment to outstanding service.
Key Responsibilities:
*Respond to customer queries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner.
*Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.
*Resolve complaints and escalate complex issues when necessary.
*Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions.
*Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
*Ensure all work is correctly logged on Salesforce & other work control systems
*Ensure the Salesforce/work control systems updated
*Ensure all relevant spreadsheets are maintained and up to date
*Keeping the Directors/Administration Manager up to date with Practice Targets and any sensitive cases
