Paraplanner – Woking
Hybrid working
Salary: Up to £55,000
This opportunity is ideal for experienced Paraplanners who have achieved (or are very close to achieving) the Level 6 Advanced Diploma in Financial Planning, and who enjoy being deeply involved in complex, high-quality financial planning work.

The Role
As a key member of the paraplanning team, you’ll work closely with a couple of the senior advisers on a wide range of complex advice cases. A typical day might involve analysing fact find information, reviewing existing plans, and carrying out detailed financial modelling to support high-quality recommendations.
You’ll be preparing suitability reports across pensions, investments, IHT, protection and retirement planning, ensuring accuracy and clarity throughout. You’ll often work ahead of client meetings—examining portfolios, identifying planning opportunities, and helping advisers prepare for reviews.
There is also the opportunity to sit in on client meetings, contribute to the internal Investment Committee, and collaborate with colleagues across the business to ensure smooth and timely submission of cases.
