Accountable Recruitment are partnering with an industry leading, global manufacturing company based in Wrexham, to recruit a Head of Finance. Reporting to the Business Controller you will be responsible for all aspects of financial reporting, leading a small team and business partnering across the group.
Duties and Responsibilities:
*Act as a business partner to manage a global business
*Lead annual budget process and monthly forecasts for P&L and balance sheet, including working capital.
*Manage the monthly consolidation and related reporting requirements, including UK statutory requirements.
*Ensure conformity with US GAAP, Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) and all Corporate policies.
*Work closely with the corporate UK office on tax related topics.
*Provide support and leadership of all internal and external audits.
*Lead process improvements in month-end processes, FP&A and compliance.
*Drive the organization to achieve short- and long-term business objectives.
*Assist with ad hoc requests from the division or Corporate
Position requirements:
*ACA or ACCA qualified
*US GAAP and working experience in SOX
*Minimum 10 years in controlling and accounting experience, including as a UK Qualified Accountant with experience in hands on Management Accounts.
*Muli-entity experience within a global business.
*Very organized and strong analytical skills.
*Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
*Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
