As Lead Teacher, you will:

About You
We are looking for someone who:
*Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
*Has proven experience working with pupils with PMLD and/or complex autism.
*Demonstrates strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate a team.
*Is creative, resilient, and committed to inclusive education.
*Understands alternative communication methods (PECS, Makaton) and sensory-based learning.
