Internal Sales – Fitness & Wellness Products

Location: Office-based

Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM (1-hour lunch)

Salary: £25,000 – £27,000 + commission incentives

Contract: Full-time, Permanent
Join a leading provider of premium fitness equipment and accessories, part of a globally recognised brand experiencing rapid growth. Our clients range from elite sports clubs and rehabilitation clinics to wellness centres and home fitness enthusiasts.
What you’ll be doing:
*Respond to inbound customer enquiries and process orders efficiently.
*Manage sales orders in line with company SOPs.
*Maintain accurate administration of all orders in a timely, professional manner.
*Build and nurture relationships with B2B and B2C clients, including key accounts.
*Promote and educate customers on our product range.
*Work closely with marketing and training teams to support product awareness.
*Adopt a consultative sales approach—understand client needs and deliver tailored solutions.
*Contribute to improving sales processes and SOPs.
What we’re looking for:
*Proven sales experience, ideally within fitness, wellness, or consumer products.
*Strong commercial awareness and a proactive attitude.
*Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
*Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
*Willingness to learn and develop in-depth product knowledge.
*Comfortable with a mix of office-based and occasional field work.
