*Monitor and manage customer accounts to ensure timely payments.
*Handle credit control processes, including issuing invoices and reminders.

*Conduct credit checks and assess customer creditworthiness.
*Resolve payment disputes and queries professionally and efficiently.
*Collaborate with the Accounting & Finance team to improve processes.
*Prepare regular reports on outstanding debts and payment trends.
*Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
Profile
A successful Credit Controller should have:
*Experience in credit control or a similar role within the Accounting & Finance sector.
