Kitchen & Bedroom Surveyor
Annual Salary: £26,000 plus up to £8,000 in annual bonus

We are seeking a Kitchen& Bedroom Surveyor to join a leading organisation in the kitchen design and installation sector. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a growing business that values quality and customer experience.
Day-to-day responsibilities:
*Complete detailed plan checks for orders, identifying potential installation or product issues that could impact the customer experience.
*Review all orders prior to checking to ensure accurate measurements are documented; arrange appointments for measurements if discrepancies arise.
*Provide feedback to designers following plan checks, addressing identified errors.
*Audit compliance documentation uploaded from showrooms to ensure standards are met.
*Coach and develop the design team by reviewing orders and highlighting areas for improvement.
*Visit customers’ properties to complete home surveys and identify potential installation or access issues.
*Support error reduction by managing weekly reports highlighting potential future issues.
*Maintain company-provided van and surveying equipment to the required standard.
*Work patterns 9am – 6.30pm / 10am - 7.30pm – 5 days out of 7 (including some weekends)
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Strong knowledge of design and installation techniques.
*Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
*Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
*High attention to detail.
