What You’ll Be Doing * Preparing and managing planning applications, appeals, and development appraisals

* Providing clear, professional planning advice to clients

* Conducting site appraisals and policy research

* Collaborating with internal colleagues and external consultants

* Building strong relationships with clients, local authorities, and stakeholders

About You * RTPI-accredited degree (or working towards chartership)

* Experience in a consultancy or local authority planning role

* Strong written and verbal communication skills

* Ability to manage your own workload and deliver to deadlines

* A proactive, positive approach and genuine passion for planning
