About the Role
This role is ideal for a Clinical Negligence Solicitor or Legal Executive with approximately 2-6 years’ PQE, though all levels of experience will be considered. You will manage a high-quality, varied caseload of multi-track clinical negligence matters, with roughly one-third proceeding to litigation. Caseloads are capped at around 40 files to ensure quality and focus, supported by experienced paralegals and administrative staff.
You will work on a diverse range of clinical negligence claims, from complex and high-value cases to more straightforward matters. The team’s work is primarily referral-based, reflecting its strong reputation and commitment to providing exceptional client care.
