HR Manager – Coventry (On-Site)
About the Role

Our client, is seeking an experienced HR Manager to join their Group HR team at their Global Commercial site in Coventry. This is a full-time, on-site position (5 days per week) that will play a key role in delivering HR transformation projects and supporting complex, EU-wide initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
* Strategic HR & Transformation
*Lead HR transformation projects across multiple regions.
*Support organisational design and development programmes.
*Drive cultural alignment, engagement, and inclusion.

* Global Mobility & Compliance
*Manage global mobility programmes and visa processes.
*Ensure compliance with employment legislation across jurisdictions.

* Stakeholder Engagement
*Partner with senior leaders to advise on workforce planning and organisational change.
*Act as a trusted advisor on HR priorities and employee engagement.

* HR Delivery & Employee Lifecycle
*Oversee recruitment, onboarding, performance management, reward, learning and development, employee relations, and HR analytics.
*Support managers in capability building and performance improvement.

Candidate Profile
*Proven experience leading complex HR programmes from conception to completion.
*Strong knowledge of HR processes and employment law across multiple countries.
*Background in global, commercial, or automotive environments.
*Excellent organisational and stakeholder management skills.
*Fluent English; additional European languages desirable.
*Degree in Business, HR, or related field; CIPD Chartered (or equivalent) preferred.
