EYFS Teaching Assistant | Enfield | Level 2/3 Qualified | £82.14-£100 per day | Immediate Start Reeson Education is recruiting caring and enthusiastic EYFS Teaching Assistants to work in friendly and supportive primary schools across Enfield. This position is perfect for a qualified EYFS Teaching Assistant who enjoys working with young learners and helping them build confidence, curiosity, and independence during their first years at school.
As an EYFS Teaching Assistant, you’ll be supporting pupils in Nursery and Reception classes, assisting with early literacy, numeracy, and play-based learning activities.
Details for the EYFS Teaching Assistant Role: * Pay: £82.14-£100 per day (PAYE)

* Start Date: Immediate

* Location: Enfield (including Edmonton, Palmers Green, and Winchmore Hill)

* Hours: 8:30am-3:30pm, term time only

* Contract: Full-time or flexible supply options available

Responsibilities of an EYFS Teaching Assistant: * Support children’s learning and development in line with EYFS standards

* Assist the teacher in preparing and delivering creative, play-based lessons

* Help manage classroom behaviour and maintain a positive learning environment

* Provide 1:1 or small group support for pupils who need additional help

* Encourage independence and curiosity in all pupils

Requirements for an EYFS Teaching Assistant: * Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Early Years Education is essential

* Prior experience in an early years or nursery setting preferred

* A nurturing and patient attitude with excellent communication skills

* Understanding of child development and the EYFS framework

* A proactive approach and passion for early education
