Join a fast-growing Independent Financial Adviser (IFA) firm as an Operations Manager / Wealth Executive. This hands-on role is perfect for someone with a strong financial services background, ideally with experience as a Senior IFA Administrator. You will help shape operations, support advisers, and contribute directly to the firm’s growth.
Key Responsibilities
*Schedule client annual progress meetings via email and phone
*Liaise with accountants to ensure accurate records
*Train and support new staff
*Keep client-facing teams on track with targets
*Match incoming client payments
*Assist in preparing Suitability Reports
*Ensure payments are correctly reflected on the investment platform

*Proven experience in financial services, ideally as a Senior IFA Administrator
*Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
*Confident communication with clients and colleagues
*Proactive, hands-on approach in a growing business
