Location: Peterborough, PE7
Salary: £13.00 - £14.00 per hour
Job Type: Full-Time, Long-Term Position

About the Role: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant to join our team in the Peterborough area. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a passion for supporting students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) to make a real difference in their educational journey.
Key Responsibilities:
*Provide tailored support to students with SEN, ensuring their individual needs are met.
*Assist in the planning and delivery of engaging and inclusive lessons.
*Work collaboratively with teachers and other staff to create a supportive learning environment.
*Monitor and report on student progress, adapting support strategies as necessary.
Requirements:
*Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant qualification.
*Proven experience working with SEN students.
*Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
*Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
