Key Responsibilities * Deliver PD duties across multiple sectors

* Lead design risk management and site assessments

* Guide clients on CDM compliance

* Produce PCI and project safety documentation

* Represent the consultancy at design and progress meetings

Must-Have Requirements * Strong experience as a Principal Designer

* APS, IOSH or similar membership desirable

* Excellent knowledge of CDM 2015

* Able to work independently and manage varied workloads

* Clear communicator with strong technical judgement
