Insolvency Practitioner / Director East Lancashire £85-£100k

Role Outline
The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the corporate insolvency process, compliance and have excellent communication skills.
*Developing and maintaining strong client relationships both new and existing.
*Manage formal insolvency cases from the initial enquiry right through to conclusion
*Meeting with clients identifying and assessing the business financial situation and determine the best course of action.
*Lead and progress all aspects of insolvency case work including pre and post appointment procedures and compliance matters efficiently.
*Oversee and assist with the training and development of the team.
*Provide mentorship and guidance to junior staff members in the department.
Experience
*Corporate Insolvency Experience : 5 years (required)
*JIEB qualified Corporate Insolvency Practitioner to take joint appointments with our existing IP.
*Proven experience in corporate insolvency dealing with liquidations and administrations.
*Strong people management skills.
