Electrical/Electronic Engineering Instructor/Technician*Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

*Salary: £29,767 to £31,611 per annum
Join our forward-thinking college where we focus on promoting progression and development. We are currently seeking an Electrical/Electronic Engineering Instructor/Technician. This role is ideal for individuals with industry experience who are looking to transition into teaching, as we provide comprehensive training for teaching in further education (FE).
Day-to-day of the role:*Deliver practical and theoretical lessons in electrical and electronic engineering to students.
*Prepare educational content and hands-on activities for classes.
*Maintain and manage classroom and laboratory equipment.
*Assist students in understanding complex technical concepts.
*Collaborate with other faculty members to improve course materials and teaching methods.
*Participate in continuous professional development activities to enhance teaching skills and technical knowledge.
Required Skills & Qualifications:*Relevant industry experience in electrical or electronic engineering.
*Strong practical and theoretical knowledge in the field.
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
*Ability to engage and inspire students.
*Willingness to undergo training for teaching qualifications if not already qualified.
