Job Description:
Our client, Lincolnshire County Council, is seeking an agency Social Worker for its Hospital team.
This role will run from ASAP until the end of March.
The pay rate available is £37.10 umbrella.
The role will involve the following:
*This is a ward-based post at Pilgrim Hospital, Boston - the ward is 7A.
*The ward is being set up as a frailty ward to support people over the winter period. It is short stay, up to 72 hours. People are admitted from both the front door and the community.
*The social worker will work as part of a Multi-Disciplinary Team, working with Consultants, therapists, pharmacy, nurses, and other support services.
*The role is ward aligned.
*It is Monday to Friday – 37 hours per week (hours are 08:45 – 17:15 Monday to Thursday then 08:45 – 16:45 on Friday) working on site every day.
*No weekend working.

Requirements of the role:
*Qualified Social Worker
*Fully Social Work England registered
*Must have significant experience in adult social care
*Must have hospital-based experience
*Must be happy to work onsite at the hospital Mon-Fri
