Job Description:
Our client, Leicestershire County Council, is seeking an agency Social Worker for its Transforming Care team.
The role will involve the following:
*This is a post that is specifically for Hospital discharge for complex Learning Disability and/or Autism and Mental Health patients
*Completing tribunal/court paperwork
*Hospital/section 117

Requirements of the role:
*Qualified Social Worker
*Fully Social Work England registered
*Must have significant experience in adult social care
*Ideal candidate will have experience of working with adults with a mental health condition, learning disability or autism
*Must have Transforming Care knowledge/experience
*Experience of completing tribunal/court paperwork
*Experience of hospital/section 117 work would be desirable
