Senior Licensing Manager Global Sports Brand - London (Hybrid 3/2)

As they continue to elevate their global brand presence, they are seeking a Senior Licensing Manager to help shape, build, and lead this newly created area.

The Role As Senior Licensing Manager, you will play a central role in defining and executing the strategy for this new licensing category. You’ll own the full commercial lifecycle-from identifying and negotiating high-value deals to managing long-term partner relationships and ensuring delivery against revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:
* Establish, expand, and manage a new licensing category within a globally renowned sports organisation.

* Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities, building a robust and scalable sales pipeline.

* Negotiate and close high-value licensing deals, driving revenue growth and long-term strategic value.

* Oversee the licensing process end-to-end, from deal structuring to contract execution.

* Deliver proactive account management to ensure partners meet brand, commercial, and product quality standards.

* Collaborate cross-functionally with brand, product, legal, and commercial teams to bring new partnerships to life.

* Track performance, report on commercial KPIs, and continuously optimise category growth.

About You You’ll be a commercially minded, proactive licensing professional with a strong track record of driving growth and developing successful partnerships.
Essential Experience:
* Demonstrated track record of closing high-value licensing deals.

* Proven success in new business development and building revenue pipelines.

* Strong experience managing a sales pipeline, forecasting, and reporting.

* Solid background in account and partner management.

* Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to influence at senior levels.

* Experience in sport, entertainment, gaming or consumer products sectors is advantageous.
