The successful Executive Cost Consultant will support both pre- and post-contract duties, working alongside experienced professionals on complex schemes across the UK. Executive Cost Consultant - Key Responsibilities:
*Supporting cost planning, tender documentation and procurement
*Assisting with valuations, change control and final accounts
*Preparing financial reports and advising on budget control
*Collaborating with internal and external project teams
*Maintaining accurate documentation and supporting senior team members
Executive Cost Consultant - Candidate Requirements:
*Degree in Quantity Surveying or a construction-related discipline
*Some experience in a UK consultancy environment (placement or post-grad)
*Working towards MRICS or aiming to begin
*Strong numeracy, organisation and communication skills
*Proactive mindset and willingness to learn
