Full Time (Or potentially 4 days/week)

What will you do?
*Run your own caseload of claimant Catastrophic Injury PI claims - under supervision
*Take initial instructions
*Manage your caseload from start to finish including through litigation where necessary
*Liaise with experts, counsel & clients
*Preparing court documents including witness statements, claim forms, schedules of loss, particulars of claim, lists of documents etc
*Instruct and brief counsel
*Diarise & comply with court timetables
What will you need?
*To already be a Grade A Fee Earner (Or very close to becoming grade A)
*5+ years PQE experience
*Ideally to have handled Multi-Track personal injury cases
*EL/PL experience
*Catastrophic injury experience is useful but NOT essential
*To be a qualified solicitor or legal executive
*Litigation & CPR knowledge handling litigated matters
*Knowledge & experience of the MoJ Portal
